We believe transparency is key, especially when looking for your next home. Our one-time fees include the following:
  • $50 Application Fee, per applicant. Nonrefundable
  • $100 Administrative Fee, per household, due with application. Nonrefundable
  • $500 Deposit, per household, once your application is approved.
  • $250 pet fee if you plan on bringing a furry friend.
