Our floor plans are thoughtfully designed to maximize space, bring in natural light, and optimize comfort. Choose from a range of modern studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment homes for rent featuring quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, premium bath fixtures, designer flooring, in-unit laundry and more. 

We believe transparency is key, especially when looking for your next home. Our one-time fees include the following:
  • $50 Application Fee, per applicant. Nonrefundable
  • $150 Administrative Fee, per household, due upon approval. Nonrefundable
  • $500 Deposit, per household, due upon approval.
  • Conditionally approved applicants may be required to pay an additional deposit, with the total deposit equal to one month's rent.
  • $250 Pet Fee, per pet, due upon move-in. Nonrefundable

Avandale The Avandale Property consists of 5 levels and an underground parking garage. The first level is made up of a Common area, Exercise Room, Management Office, and Mail and Package Room. The second - fifth floors make up the 91 residential apartment homes.
As a Minnesota-based company, we know firsthand that moving in the middle of winter isn’t ideal. That’s why we design most of our lease terms to avoid winter move-outs, though we can accommodate other timelines when needed. Prices and special offers valid for new residents only. Pricing and availability subject to change at any time.

Monthly Charges:
  • Xfinity Internet: $50 per month
  • Water/Sewer/Trash: Billed monthly and based upon usage
  • Electric: setup directly with Xcel Energy - Billed based on usage
  • Gas: Billed based on usage
  • Reshield Renter's Liability Coverage: $25/month (waived with proof of qualifying renter's insurance)
  • Utility Fee: $5.25 per month
